Step Up Mobility and Medical Supplies provides (sales and or rental) from a very simple product e.g. a cane a much needed product to prevent falls and provide safe mobility to highly complex rehabilitation power wheelchair for one with a severe medical and health related issues with the same level of courtesy and attention to detail.

Our dedicated and experience technicians when making delivery of hospital beds, hoyers lift and other DME products will install and set up the equipment correctly and will explain operations, feature functions and safe use of the product. The technicians will remove all packaging materials and will leave the area clean.

The technicians are also well versed and experienced in repairs of products, e,g, power and manual wheelchairs, hospital beds, Low air loss mattress and others regardless if the product(s) was received from Step Up Mobility and Medical Supplies or from any other vendor. If the repair can be bill to the insurance company we will bill the insurance company for the repairs.
