Step Up Mobility and Medical Supplies provides (sales and or rental) of a wide range of products. From a very simple product e.g. a cane to prevent falls and provide safe mobility, to highly complex rehabilitation power wheelchair for one with severe medical and health-related issues but provided with equal level of courtesy and attention to detail.
Our dedicated and experience technicians when making the delivery of hospital beds, hoyer lift and other DME products will install and set up the equipment correctly and will explain operations, feature functions and safe use of the products. The technicians will remove all packaging materials and will leave the area clean.
The technicians are also well-versed and experienced in repairs of products, e.g. power and manual wheelchairs, hospital beds, low-air loss mattress and others, regardless if the product(s) was received from Step Up Mobility and Medical Supplies or from any other vendor. If the repair can be billed to the patient’s insurance company then we will bill the insurance company for the repairs.
