Presently, the company accepts original Medicare, Medicare PPO, Medicare HMO (Selected) plans and all other PPO insurance plans. All HMO and other plans are case by case.

Please contact us at (707) 638- 0502 between the hours 9:00am to 5:00pm (PST) with your insurance information, your name and date of birth and we will quickly advise you if your insurance company will let you receive DME from Step Up Mobility and Medical Supplies. We will NOT KEEP, STORE, SELL or SHARE any information you provide to us.
